Terms and Conditions:
- Service Agreement: By engaging with our home organising services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement.
- Payment: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the organizing project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Advance of 500/- needs to be paid for booking a slot on your convenient time. A mandatory 50% payment prior to the service is required to initiate the organizing project. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic bank transfers.
- Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans may change. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee (Read more in the cancellation policy section).
- Liability: While we take utmost care in organising your home, we cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the organising process. Clients are encouraged to remove any valuable or fragile items from the work area prior to our team's arrival.
- Confidentiality: Our team respects your privacy and will treat all information shared during the organising process with the utmost confidentiality. We do not disclose any personal or sensitive information to third parties without your consent.
- Scope of Work: The scope of our organising services is outlined during the initial consultation and may be adjusted based on client preferences and requirements. Any additional services requested outside the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges.
- Client Cooperation: To ensure the success of the organising project, clients are expected to provide full cooperation, access to the designated areas, and necessary information relevant to the project.

Shipping Timeframe:

Booking Service:
- For our services, we kindly request that appointments be booked at least 2 days in advance. This allows us to ensure a smooth operation and allocate the necessary resources to meet your needs effectively.
Return Policy:
- Please note that our products are non-returnable. However, we stand behind the quality of our products, and damaged items with proper proof will be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Procedure:
- If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. Provide us with clear photographic evidence of the damage, along with your order details.
- Upon verification, we will arrange for the exchange of the damaged product with a replacement of the same item or a similar alternative, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans may change. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 500/- and the remaining amount will be refunded to your respective mode of payment.
Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the service. Changes within this 24-hour window cannot be accommodated and will result in cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and timely adjustments to ensure smooth service from our end.
