Terms and Conditions

• An advance payment of 20% of the total billing amount is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations or rescheduling will incur a ₹500 fee.
• If the cancellation or rescheduling is done within 24 hours of the original booking time, the full advance amount will be non-refunded.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
• Full home makeovers are based on item volume and decluttering time. Charges apply for the time spent.

Note: Work completion is not guaranteed if items exceed the typical volume for a home.
