Home organizing services
Terms and Conditions
- This subscription is a one-time paid package and is strictly non-refundable.
- You will receive 4 hours of home organising service every week, delivered by us.
- Unused hours cannot be carried forward and will lapse.
- Any change in home address or relocation must be communicated in advance(15 days prior). Service will continue only if Tidy Ninja operates in the new area.
- If service is unavailable at the new location, the subscription cannot be continued and no refund will be provided.
- If the service requires more than 4 hours per week, additional charges will apply.
- The customer must be available during service hours for decluttering decisions and customisation inputs.
- The team will complete the 4-hour service and leave the premises once the time ends.
- No same-day time extensions will be provided(max 8 hours).
- If the customer is unavailable during the committed service hours, the time will not be rescheduled or carried forward.
- Full home makeovers are based on item volume and decluttering time. Charges apply for the time spent.
- If you are travelling or unavailable, you cannot postpone/carry forward one weeks 4 hours to the next week, during the 1-month subscription.
Rescheduling charges:
- ₹500 if rescheduled more than 24 hours before service time.
- ₹2200 if rescheduled within 24 hours of the service time.
- Product purchases (if required) are billed separately at MRP + 3% transaction charges + ₹100 delivery + GST (if applicable).
- Product billing will be completed at the end of each service session.
Note: Work completion is not guaranteed if items exceed the typical volume for a home.
